Технология производства «Эноанта» — виноградного пищевого концентрата защищена как объект права интеллектуальной собственности патентом России, Украины и принадлежит Обществу с Ограниченной Ответственностью «Рессфуд».

Промышленное освоение технологии осуществлено в 2001 году за счёт привлечения частных инвестиций в Ялте.

Успешная реализация «Эноанта» населению была начата благодаря широкому применению продукта в практике санаторно-курортного оздоровления населения в санаториях ДП «Ялтакурорт», а также многочисленным доклиническим и клиническим исследованиям биологически активных свойств продукта, связанных с его антиоксидантной активностью, содержащихся в концентрате полифенолов винограда, в таких медицинских центрах как Крымский государственный медицинский университет им. С.И. Георгиевского, Институт экспериментальной патологии, онкологии им. Мерзеева, Национальный фармацевтический университет, Луганский государственный медицинский университет, Национальный медицинский университет им. А.А. Богомольца и многих других учреждениях медицины.

Работа по промышленному освоению технологии производства «Эноанта» и внедрению продукта в практику оздоровления населения отмечена Премией Совета Министров АР Крым за 2002 год.

Технология производства «Эноанта» усовершенствована в результате многолетнего опыта успешной работы по реализации населению продукта, биологически активные свойства которого получили признание потребителей и отмечены многими наградами международных выставок.

ООО «Рессфуд» готово рассмотреть предложения по трансферу технологии производства «Эноанта» на основе неисключительной лицензии.

«Enoant» is a concentrate of grape polyphenols and a food for special dietary consumption. Small private enterprise «Ressfud» owns its production rights. «Enoant» production technology was protected by Patent of Ukraine № 39237 as an intellectual property right.

Technology was brought into industrial production in 2001 with the help of private Polish investors.

Successful introduction of «Enoant» on the mass market started due to the extensive usage of the product in sanatoria and recreation centers, at «Krimkurort «convalescent homes. Besides, medical centers such as Georgievsky Crimean state medical university , Kavetsky institute of experimental pathology, oncology and radiobiology, Marzeev institute of hygiene and medical ecology, National pharmacology institute, Lugansk state medical university, Bogomolets national medical university and many other medical establishments carried out research, clinical and preclinical tests on the active biological properties of the product and its high antioxidant activities.

Work related to industrial and technological production of Enoant and its introduction into the recreation sphere in 2002 was awarded by the Ministry of Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

«Enoant» production technology was improved due to its successful long term presence on the mass market. Many customers approved its active biological properties and number of awards were granted to the product.

Small private enterprise «Ressfud» is ready to consider proposals to transfer the technology of «Enoant» production outside Ukraine basing on non-exclusive license.
